development. She has conducted seminars around the world, and worked as
a consultant to the United Nations and other international agencies. Houston
is the best selling author of A Mythic Life, The Possible Human, and her
latest, Jump Time. She is co-director of the Foundation for Mind Research
and the founder of the Mystery School - an institution dedicated to teaching
philosophy, psychology, mythology and the many dimensions of human potential.
She was a protégée of Margaret Mead and Joseph Campbell.
